Australian Vacation
Well guys my vacation here in australia is over, ill be heading back to
Florida this Saturday. But as i mentioned before, I drank what i want
(Beer, Vodka, Rum) ate what i want anytime i wanted without any supplements
and my face has never been better. As someone in here mentioned before I
think stress plays a major role. Hopefully my good luck continues in
Florida, best of luck to you all.

Tony,
Glda to see you got a reprieve from the daily pain in the ass known as seb
derm. Wonder if you can check the local papers or internet and see what the
humidity levels have been during your stay down under.
The humidity levels down here in SW FLA have been going up and down over the
past few weeks and my skin has been really bad during this time whereas when
the humidit level during the summers stays very constant, my skin seems to
do better–I am wondering if the changes in humidity, not necessarily high
or low humidity, makes a difference in the seb derm flares.
