Yes, I’m still using the B5. I’m taking less now than before and it’s
still working great. Instead of 20 pills a day, I’m taking between 10
and 15. I do use a little Desowen around my nose and eyebrows a
couple of times a week, but I’ve always had to do that.
It’s nice to take a break from the topicals (Nizoral, Klaron, etc.)
for a while.
If oily skin is part of your problem, try B5. It has worked so much
better than expected for me.

What mg are the tablets that you are taking.BTW Im not sure
if you have rosacea or not but if you want it then keep using
the desowen. It does a marvelous job at permanently thinning
the skin.Like seb derm there is also no cure for rosacea and one
of the reasons that 35% of rosaceans have seb derm is over use
of cortisone creams.

That is so true Rory….cortisone creams will not only make your seb derm worse in the long run, but will give you rosacea!
