Tony the Baloney in Australia
Hey Guys
I have been in Australia for about 6 days now. I have no stress cause im
not working. I wake up every day around 7 am, sit outside in the sun for
about 30 mins. I eat what i want, drink what i want. I have been going out
with my cousin and even drinking vodka and sodas (3-4) drinks each night
including 1-2 beers per day. I dont know what it is or how to explain it
but my skin has never been any better no flakes, no redness, no itchyness,
no scaling, no embarrassment, its completely gone. Like a miracle. Im
afraid now that when i go back to florida in 2 weeks that the climate will
fuck me up again. Just letting you guys know how i am and i hope this
treatment what ever i am doing is stays forever. Maybe the food is
healthier here, or not so much chemicals in the water, or im not around a
substance that causes an allergy, or the fact that im in a dry, hot, cool
night environment, or that im not working and no stress. Just unbelievable.
I havnt taken one vitamin, no Vitamin B, no MSM, no vitamin C, no steroid
creams, no medicine what so ever, just sun light, relaxation and eat and
drink what i want. Unfucking believable.
wishing you the best

Hey Tony the Baloney,
I’ve had similar experiences when travelling to certain places. For
instance, when I went to Ocean City, MD this summer, EVERYTHING
cleared up. No seb derm, no infected follicles or whatever. I was
drinking plenty…beer, wine, margaritas. I was eating more
carbohydrates than I normally do (sweets, cookies, etc). Pretty much
everything not conducive to skin.
I attribute the difference, to the sun and salt water. I also think
the lack of stress is an important part.
I find, my skin often gets better when I go on a vacation, no matter
where it is and within a day or two of getting back home it is back
to bad again. So whether it is a physical effect…diet differences,
water, allergic substances or whether it is psychological. I don’t
know. One thing…when I’m on vacation, I’m quite a bit less likely
to be monitoring my face. I’ll go have fun with the family or
friends and the only time I see my face is when I use the bathroom.
So perhaps that lack of having facial matters on the mind all the
time is helpful too.
