Hi there

The group is called seborrheic dermatitis support or something like
that. In the groups home search just type in the word seborrheic
dermatitis and you should see it. You join in with the same procedure
like any other group
Two things:

I live in the UK and would like to get my hands on Selsun Blue shampoo which unfortunately is not available here. Can anyone suggest where this can be obtained from?

Can anyone also advise me where I can get Apple Cider Vinegar as I am keen to try this, my current shampoo`s don`t seem to be able to touch my seb derm problem (I can wash my hair/scalp and the following morning my scalp is all dry and flaky again!!

Kind regards
I would think so. I live in Canada and the stuff is in every single
grocery store. I usually buy the Heinz brand. I tried another brand
called No Name (very cheap) and it worked just as well.

I am unsure of those prescription drugs you are currently using. My
advive wouyld be to stop using them completely. I blame these drug
companies for causing my current skin problems. 5 years ago I
started off with a few zits so I decided to use some of those drugs
oin them seeing as how they claimed they worked. WEll anyways, after
trying about 3 or 4 different brands and achieving moderate results,
I break out with a rash a few months later. I have had terrible skin
since then. Now I no longer put any of that sh*t on my face. I
simply just wash my face with warm water and a washcloth. I then
soak it in apply cider vinegar as well as scalp. This has
drastically improved my skin condition. I have no changed my diet in
the least except I don't eat bread(anything with yeast) I am not
sure if it would be ok for me to eat that stuff now seeing as I am to
afraid to check. Why mess with a good thing? Anyways, I seriously
suggest that you consider acv and drop those god aweful drugs. Do

you really believe those drug companies want to help your condition?
All they care about is raking in the mula. If they cure you, where's
the money? Think about this.

Hi

I read with interest your recent e-mail concerning the raw vinegar and I would
appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

I get seb-derm and use Protopic to keep it under control along with Nizoral
shampoo and Selsun Blue shampoo for the scalp.
Would you say this would help me?

I also get rosacea brought on from using the steroid creams, how would the raw
vinegar help this?

Have you altered your diet as well as using this vinegar?

Thank you for your time.

Kind Regards

Jason (in the UK).

I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and I can safely say, this
stuff works big time. At first I just applied it to the effected
areas with my finger. It improved a little but nowhere near as good
a I hoped it would. I also broke out with sever acne(hardly ever get
zits) and I was almost gonna stop using it. But I then tried
applying it with a spray bottle but insted of just spraying the
effected areas, I soaked my entire face as well as hair and rubbed it
into my scalp(left it there to dry till next day). Let my just say,
within two days I noticed an 80% improvement and it has been
continues. I no longer breakout and the previous breakouts are
completly healed. It is true though, the stuff does have a strong
odour to it, but it fades(I don't find it unpleasent, infact I love
the smell of vinegar). Also like to note, when you first apply it
you'll experince a strong burning sensation. This is normal and will
subside. Your face will also become very bright red and will remain

that way for about an hour. Do not let this detire you, for it is
only temporary. Everntually your skin will adapt to the acidity and
within two weeks or so, there will be no more burning and the redness
will subside alot quicker(mine lasts about 10 to 15 min now) Keep
your eyes tightly closed when spraying down the face and keep them
that way for aprox 10 min(drying time) Unless of course you want to
experience one hell of a terrible burning sensation in your eyeball.
Try this just for just two days and I can guarantee you will see one
hell of a dramatic improvement. On a final note, I do not use the
apple cider vingear with mother. This is the stuff that is
recommended by the moderator of that board you subscribed too. I
only use the cheap store brand ACV.
