Salt Water Soaks
Hi Goldie, Please can u give me all the necessary info concernin
the ‘warm salt water soaks’. Like how much salt/water should I use,
how long should it be left on, etc. I’m willin to give it a try.
However, I’m goin on vacation in a couple days from now. I’ll get

It is easy and you can do it on vacation too. Put a bowl of water in the
microwave (one large enough to put a wash cloth in and wring it out) and add
enough salt that is nice and salty. You can judge, but it should taste salty.
Make the water almost too hot, but not hot enough to burn you. Once you dip and
wring out the wash cloth it should be pleasantly warm when you apply it to
your face. Not hot, like you are steaming your face. I soak my face for about 5
minutes. Usuallly, when I am on vacation, the hotel water is so hot that I
can continue my routine without much of a problem. You can just use the sink if
you like.
