appearance versus itch and pain
Hi guys,
I was asked by my doctor recently whether, if I had the choice, I
would prefer to get rid of the appearance of my Seb Derm or the itch
and pain…I couldnt decide which, but in the end said that I
couldn’t state a preference, they were both as important as each
other…would be interested out of curiosity to hear your views!

I would defiently say appearence. The itch and pain is alot better then how my mood changes during a breakout. When I am clear I can actually go out and live my life as opposed to being a shut in untill it clears up…

I would live with alot more pain than the seb derm causes if my skin
appeared normal–what good is it to feel good but look horrible unless you
don’t have a family or friends.
seems like a strange question from a doc–does he know how to get rid of the
appearance but not get rid of the itching or pian, they kinda go hand in
hand anyway
