I have done this in the past and it helps. BTW, I have been using the Apple Cider Vinegar and itis really helping with the flakiness and redness--f the shelf brand at the supermarket, Heinz ACV for about $2 a bottle. Only seem to need the treatment once a week and staying clear (no redness, no flaking) for about a week or so afterwards. If only I knew about this years ago! still taking the acidipholus as well which I feel is equally important to success. Tim–no need to wait for this product to hit the shelves–just mix some of
