Ointment Recipe
Hello folks,
I’ve been struggling with sebderm for many years, and been through most
medications
without much help in the long run. But a few months ago I came over this
recipe for an ointment,
and this has been very helpful for me. It allows the skin to keep a good
amount of moisture, without
water that dries it out again. Try this, if you’re looking for alternatives
to cortisone etc.
Recipe, beeswax ointment:
15g yellow beeswax
60ml almond oil
12 drops lavender
4 drops roman chamomile
Heat the beeswax and almond oil in a heat proof dish over a pan of
simmering water (the bain-marie method). Stir well, remove from the heat
and allow to cool a little before stirring in the essential oils. Pour into
a clean glass pot and cover tightly. Apply two or three times a day.
