I called the derm a few days ago and he told me to just use hydrocortizone.....that it was safe to use everyday....I've heard otherwise though. I found a cream called "Natural Harmony", near the hydrocortizone, which is steroid free and has Tea Tree Oil in it. So far it's working great. I also use the Proactiv line which is an excellent exfoliater for the flakiness, and has salycilic acid in it. I just ordered the Cutanix wash and lotion.....we'll see how that goes. The derm told me to use the T-Gel shampoo....and let it suds over my face......does that work? I don't have any scalp problems....so I'm not too sure about it.
