breakout!
I thought my sebderm cleared up for good, but just last night I had
my first breakout in 6 months. Is it normal for it to go away for
that long, without any sign of sebderm, and just appear overnight?
Another thing I think might have caused it is the weather. We had a
week of 60 degree weather, and last night it dropped down to 20 with
snow. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

My sebderm was very well under control until my 16 year old got his
drivers license - STRESS - must be my biggest trigger! One day
everything’s fine and the next day the whole world changes. Maybe
it’s children that cause dermatitis - I never had this problem
before I had kids! At least when I grab my head as we fly around the
curve I can say, No, I’m not nervous son, I just had an itch.
