Cider vinegar

Anyway, it was just a thought. I think I will buy some cider vinegar
tonight and start using it once a day (mixed with water) on my face
and hair line to see if it helps reduce the plaques. I have oily
skin so I am not to concerned it will overstrip my skin.

It’s an old fashioned remedy for vaginal yeast infections and it
can’t hurt.

I heard drinking a glass of cider vinegar water is also good for
restoring ph to your gut flora.

and you can take probiotics as well to help restore the good
flora–digestive enzymes can also be helpful–I would try the vinegar but my
skin is to dry to begin with but let us know how it goes–tyr useing the
vingear wash on your scalp every day as well–alot of the fungus can come
from the scalp and speard throughout your face onto your hands, etc

I beleive killing as much fungus as possible all over your body is a real
    good idea

Hi. I’ve managed to increase the gap betwen cider vinegar applications
from 2 to 4 days without my skin now becoming dry and piffy in between.
Quite pleasing. It still causes some redness and burning for the
following couple of days - but its progress at long last!!! :) I’m
feeling like things are starting to change for the better and I’m gonna
try for 5 days and see what happens.

Used this way, vinegar is not irritating, at all.
