Coral Calcium Info Please
I’m interested in taking coral calcium, can anyone tell me the brands
of coral calcium you are using (there are several brands). Also how
many you take per day, what is the milligrams most people take, and
if it has vit. D in the ones you take. I read that it has to contain
vit. D to be effective. Has anyone seen positive results using this,
how long do you have to use it. Thanks in advance

Hello,
about the coral calcium info, I will get you the brand that i use, RJ had
asked me in the past but i keep on forgetting. I think is Omega
Laboratories. Brown see through bottle with red cap. But before you buy
into it, as RJ had mentioned it is a little expensive. Its costing me $25
for 90 pills about a months supply i take 3 times a day, I began taking it
cause when i did some research it states it can balance your body’s PH.
Also the advertisement mentioned it can do wonders for Exzema. As i
mentioned before, i was taking it and when my supply ran out i did not buy
any for 2 weeks, thats when my flare came back, I started up again, and my
flare is at a minimum. Maybe mind over matter, like a placebo for me. But
hey no flares for me. Ill keep on taking it.

I bought the Vitamin Shoppe brand–it cost about $20 bucks for 90 pills. I
am not sure if it is has vitamin d in it–that is interesting–I will check
my label tonite–I wonder if you could just pop a vitamin tab at the same
time as the coral calcium pills.
I also just order off the internet a copper peptide product called CP Serum
from www.skinbiology.com. It does not say that is it specifically used for
seb derm but it is supposed to be used on the t-zone to help mostuirze the
skin and fade redness. Not sure what to expect, it may be just another one
of those things that I use once and toss in the garbage, but it was only $20
including shipping for a one ounce sample size.
I am hoping that it helps my rosacea symptoms (redness, papules, enlarged
pores) and can provide some moisture to my crusty flaky forhead which never
goes away.
Take care,
RJ
