Teh green tea just dried my up even more and my face got redder. What the green tea does is it really soaks up all the oil on your face and it does have some anti-inflammatory properties--on the acne message boards, alot of kids with really oily skin does this same treatment and it helps them. So, anyone with really oily skin may want to give a try. I may give the green tea cream a try some day as it wouldn't be as harsh and <!--more--> drying--this has always been my mine problem, finding some kind of anti-inflammatory that is also mosturizing--the Cutanix is OK in that respect for me, but when I get a flare, I usually need a steroid cream to get it completely resolved. But it may not work for everyone. I used to reply to rocea group but no one was interested & that's why I have not replied to sebderm group since joining. I had sebderm for years & like everyone else was using cortizone. I joined the rocea group & read that someone used green tea to wash their face with great success.
