No sugar diet.

I just read the no sugar diet that is posted
in the files section and was wondering if anybody
can really eat this way long term without wasteing
away to nothing? I’m naturaly thin and if i ate this way
i would be afraid to walk outside on a windy day.
I wish i could eat this way.

    If you are thin already, you should not lose too much more weight from this
    diet. You can always eat bigger portions of the suggested food groups to
    increase caloric intake as well–after I lost the initial 30 lbs on this
    diet, I did not lose anymore and have stayed at my proper weight for my
    height and frame.
