humidity

Wednesday, December 31st, 2003

I listened with a bit of interest a few weeks ago as a
number of folks on this list discussed the effects of
humidity on sebderm knowing that I would be going on a
week-long vacation in one of the most humid areas of
the United States, southern Louisiana. To be honest,
I didn’t expect much improvement, but by Day #2 of my
vacation, I NO LONGER HAD ANY SEBDERM SYMPTOMS
WHATSOEVER. The flaking and redness were completely
gone.

When I returned to the hot, dry Arizona desert where I
live, my skin was red, irritated and flaking like a
molting reptile by the next day. In an effort to be
sure that it was, in fact, the humidity that caused
this dramatic improvement, I have been analyzing all

Yeh the barber is a funny guy. But Ive heard it all before so it didnt
really bother me, and like you said he sent me on the right path. See he
studied all about this stuff in europe. Everything he mentioned i have
found out online in my research, about the glands producing too much oil,
its out of balance, fungus, and how even treatment for baldness might work.
So he sounded like he knew what he was talking about.
Now about stores that sell the product. Good luck, you will never find it,
only online. IF you do let me know where. go online search on keune,
remember its the P13 sereies, henna and tar, henna is a yellow P, the Tar is
a red P. Both combo works excellent. But as i mentioned the henna is no
trouble in finding, the tar, having some difficulty. but i hope it works as
much as it has for me, for all of you

thanks again RJ

Linda

Hey linda,
i did not mention this shampoo in the past, because normally when i find a
product that works, it lasts about 2 weeks then it starts coming back again.
But so far im on my third week, and i can wear black shirts, and my scalp
does not itch anymore. Plus i was my forehead and sideburns with the stuff
and flakiness has gone down dramatically. Its produced from Keune. Its a
company in holland. they are listed online though. I was introduced to the
stuff embarrasingly from my barber. When he was cutting my hair, exact
words from his mouth were "What the fuck is this shit?!!" with a full shop
of customers. He then introduced me to the shampoo. Its Keune P13 Henna
shampo, and Keune P13 Tar shampoo. I used it as he advised me. First the
P13 Tar shampoo for 4 days in a row, then use the P13 Henna shampoo next day
after. You have to use it everyday though, then alternate the P13 Tar,
twice a week, like on Mondays and Fridays and the P13 Henna shampoo
inbetween. Like i said i have been using this stuff for 3 weeks now every

Halloween is Our day

Sunday, December 28th, 2003

Ladies and Gentlemen, Only think how lucky we are not to go out and spend
that money on a mask!! We were born with one, ahh those hideous days. Those
days that it flares so much that i dont even bother leaving the house. I
call in sick and stay at home, contemplating Vitamin B, and you all know
what B stands for "Bullet". Im joking guys. Flares have kept on down
lately, RJ has magicial words. Justine listen to him he knows his shit
pretty good. Justine have you tried MSM, is a natural sulphur vitiamin,
tastes horrible, but its great for anti-inflamatory and also reconditions
your skin from the inside out. Give that a try. I pray that you dont hve
seb derm, cause seb derm is a bitch!! instead i pray that you have something
else that can be eliminated for ever. Justine good luck and we are here for
you

Every body gets down, i had a spell about 2 weeks ago, completey bad. I am

with the lather i wash my complete body. It has been 2 weeks and so far im
seb derm free, no flares no itch. I have to shower with it everyday though.
if i dont for one day, it comes back but about 10%, nothing to worry about
though. but so far so good.

Salicyclic acid wash

Wednesday, December 24th, 2003

Anyone use a salicyclic acid facial wash like Acnisal (UK brand name)
to help with the scaling?

I’ve used it before, a long time ago, to help with the acne and I was
wondering if anyone here had comments on it?

I posted My Diet in Files Section

Wednesday, December 24th, 2003

Now this is pretty much the diet I have been following–I drew up this
document for a friend of mine that wanted to lose weight so there is some
things in there that you may not need to do to help with seb derm (mainly
the semi-starvation parts can be ignored).

Hopefully this can help some of you are willing to try this–I also highly
recommend taking 2000mgs of borage oil daily and following your other
aspects of your regimen.
good luck with it.
