Rory Sandra,I used the lotion for a month with excellent results

We have had a number of individual testers tell us that they are susceptible to the mineral oil- which is why we are nearing completion of a new "sensitive skin" formula that has the mineral oil (and a number of the alcohols) removed. Sorry to hear about the acne. As regards your question about losing effectiveness- we haven't had one report where effectiveness is lost. Rory, our original tester case, can testify to that.
