Use of antibiotics
Correct me if I am wrong, but does the use of antibiotics often lead
to worsening of seb. derm?

Yes it does Deryk.Antibiotics dont diferentiate between
good and bad bacteria in you gut.They just kill them all.
Your gut is made up of 85% good and 15% bad bacteria.
People with seb derm may not have this ratio and taking
antibiotics makes it even harder for your body to rebuild
the good bacteria which help reduce and in some cases
control fungal infections.
