Is this a seb derm symptom
Adam,I did warn you about the cimetidine
and yet you still went ahead and took it.
It looks like you are paying the price now.
Seb derm can mimic many aspects of rosacea
so keep the carbohydrates to a minimum and
it will help your rosacea and definately
help your seb derm.

Yes it sounds like it.Cimetidine kills the acid
in your stomach and will increase the proliferation
of bad bacteria in your gut which is the last thing
that someone with seb derm needs.I cant believe that
you want to go back on it again.In my experience
seb derm can be worse than rosacea if allowed to go
out of control.I had a great reaction to Clarinex
which really helped my rosacea,but I had the worst
flare of seb derm while using it.I stopped using it
and as much as it did help my rosacea there is no way
that I will go on it again.It took me a month to get
my seb derm under control again and I think I will
take the rosacea to a bad flare of seb derm anyday.
