i just saw me on a crazy video last year and i noticed that my
sebderm wasn’t noticable, had it for 3 years but only really been
bothered recently, vid from the summer, does the problem get les so
in the summer for people ?? does anyone only suffer from it in the
winter?

My seb derm usually gets better in summer, not a whole lot but I do
notice an improvement. I’ve also read quite a bit about seb derm and
what keeps coming up is that the sun is good for reducing the
symptoms.
