		<description>It may be possible that you have rosacea too. There are several people here
who have both- to include me. If you do it may be you need to get the
rosacea under control, if not you may be able to use a cortisone cream to
bring the seb derm back under control. But don't use the cortisone if the
dr says you have rosacea!! Something else otc you can try is queen helen's
mint julep mask. One of the ingredients is sulpher which may help calm your
face down. You might also want to do a diet check are you getting a
balanced diet. If not a vitamin supplement can be help as well as getting
the omega 3,6 &#38; 9. I also take extra B &#38; E, but I think this helps the
rosacea more than the seb derm. Something else that helps me is water. The
more that I drink the better my face looks.

		<description>Not a lot really, i'm going the dotors tomorrow. i was just using
nizoral for my hair, and i heard you could use it on your face,
obviously i only put a few bubbles on from the foam shampoo makes
when wet...., this has had a bad reaction
