Ozonated Olive Oil
I’ve started to use ozonated olive oil (OOO) on my face, mainly
the reddish areas, because I’ve been reading about it and
apparently is helpful in many skin disorders, including seb derm.
I don’t know to what extent is helpful (contol? cure?), but I’m
willing to give it a try, since nothing else I’ve tried has worked to
get rid of my problem.
So I applied it two nights ago, and boy, did it sting! I continued
stinging for about an hour. I was surprised at this reaction,
because I’ve applied the OOO to a very raw patch of skin (the
result of a mole removed), and didn’t feel anything.
Yesterday morning I applied it again, and it began to sting
again. So, I contacted the herbalist of the company I bought it
from, and he told me that the stinging was due to the OOO killing
whatever critters are on/under the skin. So, I applied it again last
night, and it stung again, but not as intensely as the first two
times.
I don’t know if this is going to work, and the OOO probably has to
be used for a couple of months, but I just wanted to pass this
informartion on so that maybe others can look into this.
Has anyone tried OOO for seb derm, and if so, what was your
experience?

nanospin have you been evaluated for rosacea? Please check into it because
if you do and this irritaes you this could make the whole thing worse. For
those of us that have both I think (don’t know for sure) we flare and then
have a really bad time w/seb derm. Good Luck

That’s what the herbalist said. I think it’s abit odd since applying
the OOO to any other part of my face or body doesn’t sting or bur.
Just on the reddish areas of my face.
I have stopped using the OOO on my face because I just couldn’t
stand it and then my skin began to peel. It’s possible that this is
a good sign, but for now, I can’t walk around with peeling skin as
if I had spent too much time sunbathing
I’m thinking about using Proactiv. I’m not sure if I have rosacea
or seb derm, but I’m looking for something that will clear my skin.
Has anyone here used Proactiv? I’d like to hear from anyone
who has used this. Any comments (pro or con) will be much
appreciated.

Yes, Becky. I think my "intro" story is posted a few months back.
I’m not sure if I have rosacea or seb derm, but I’m looking for
something that will clear my skin. Now I’m thinking about using
Proactiv.

who has used this. Any comments (pro or con) will be much

maybe you got both…
Does your face turn red very easy ?
Do people comment on how you always blush ?
I don’t know but I don’t but I don’t think rosecea hurts when you put
cream or anything on your face?
Do you have pimples or raised patches?
I don’t know anything about proactiv.. sorry.
I hope somebody can help you out..
