Can we make Protopic ourselves

Protopic is a very good product and yet it could be better.
It is manufactured mainly for eczema sufferers and because
of this it is in a very heavy oil base.It can help a lot of people
with seb derm but it can be more trouble for some.A lot of people
with Rosacea and acne prone skin can have problems with the heavy
oil base of Protopic.Tacrolimus tablets have been available for a
long time so my question is do some of you think that its possible to
mix the powder into a light non oil based cream and end up with the
same product without the shine.

    Great idea!…I hope someone will try to make it, because
    my oily acne prone skin can not handle how greasy
    protopic is…it causes more trouble then it does good
    for me.
